06/07/2022 Learned counsel for petitioner seeks time to place the

judgment and decree dated 18.02.2012 for which the petitioner

filed an application under Order 9 Rule 13 CPC to set aside the

same.

The revision petition was filed on 27.04.2018 and pending

since then, therefore, four weeks time is granted to produce the

judgment and decree dated 18.02.2012, failing which the revision

petition shall be dismissed in default for non-prosecution.
