Heard.

Issue notice of appeal as also stay application to respondents

on payment of P.F. within one week, returnable within four weeks.

Taking into consideration the submission of learned counsel

for the appellant that review order is based on judgment in the

case of Lalit Kishor Versus State of Rajasthan & Others, (S.B. Civil

Writ Petition No.8908/2020 & batch of petitions), which has been

stayed by Division Bench of this Court vide order dated

18.01.2021 in the case of Rajasthan Para Medical Council Versus

Arshand & Ors. (D.B. Civil Special Appeal (Writ) No.866/2020), we

are inclined to stay effect and operation of the directions issued in

the order under challenge in this appeal till the next date of

hearing.

Matter be listed after five weeks.
