This writ petition, which has been filed under Article 227 of
the Constitution of India assailing the legality and validity of the
order darted 21.04.2022 passed by the Board of Revenue
Rajasthan, Ajmer (for brevity, 'the BoR') in second appeal
(3 of 3) [CW-8066/2022]
no.1767/2022, is being disposed of as requested and agreed by
the learned counsels for the respective parties in following terms:-
1. The order dated 21.04.2022 is quashed and set aside to the
extent it rejects the temporary injunction application filed by the
petitioners/appellants.
2. The operation and effect of the judgment dated 31.03.2022
passed by the Revenue Appellate Authority in appeal no.45/2016
shall remain stayed till disposal of the second appeal by the BoR.
