After judgment was reserved by this Court on

19.04.2022, this Court had directed the matter to be listed in 'To

Be Mentioned Category' on 28.06.2022, as certain information was

sought from learned counsel for the parties relating to facts which

were not explicit in pleadings.

On 28.06.2022, at the request, this Court had granted

time to counsel for the respondent-University Mr.Ravi Chirania to

bring on record the subsequent developments, which have taken

place, after the judgment was reserved by this Court on

19.04.2022 and learned counsel for the petitioners Mr.S.S. Hora

was given liberty to file counter affidavit to the affidavit to be filed

by the respondent-University.

Learned counsel for the respondent-University Mr.Ravi

Chirania by way of additional affidavit filed by the Deputy

Registrar of the respondent-University has brought on record

certain subsequent developments which have taken place as well

as the relevant documents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners Mr.S.S. Hora

submitted that additional affidavit filed by the University does not

require any specific counter thereto and certain facts relating to

participation and passing of petitioners are apparent from the bare

perusal of the affidavit.

This Court further heard learned counsel for the parties

and arguments are concluded. Judgment reserved.
