Rajasthan Public Service Commission Versus Surjan Lal Dhawan &

Others (D.B. Special Appeal (Writ) No.652/2022 & other

connected appeals).

Accordingly, this appeal is disposed off in terms of the

judgment of this Court in the case of Rajasthan Public Service

Commission Versus Surjan Lal Dhawan & Others (supra).
