25/01/2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the question

involved herein as to equivalence of 'Adeeb' acquired from Jamia

Urdu Aligarh with secondary examination from the Board of

Secondary Education, Rajasthan is no more res-integra in view of

the judgment of Division Bench dated 12.01.2022 passed in D.B.

Special Appeal Writ No.534/2005, The State of Rajasthan & Ors.

Vs. Miss. Firdos Tarannum & Anr. wherein the same has been held

to be equivalent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to supply a

copy of the writ petition in the office of Dr. V.B. Sharma, learned

AAG, during course of the day.
