21/01/2022 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

controversy involved herein as to the action of the respondents in

paying same pay scale on completion of 9 years and 18 years of

service to be bad in law, is no more res-integra and stands

covered by a Division Bench judgment of this Court in Govind Dan

charan Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors., D.B. Civil Special Appeal

(Writ) No.1068/2014, decided on 17.12.2015 and Special Leave

Petition thereagainst, has also dismissed by the Hon'ble Apex

Court vide order dated 12.07.2016.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioners is

directed to supply a copy of the writ petition in the office of Dr.

V.B. Sharma, learned AAG, during course of the day.

List on 01.02.2022 after showing name of Dr. V.B. Sharma,

learned AAG in the cause list.
