question has been settled in the judgment passed by the

Coordinate Bench of this Court at Jaipur Bench in S.B. Civil Writ

(2 of 2) [CW-15396/2018]

Petition No.22546/2018 : Shaym Kumar Sharma & Ors. Vs. State

of Rajasthan & Ors.

Counsels for the respondents do not refute the submission

made by counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the judgment passed in Shyam Kumar Sharma's

case, the present writ petition is also allowed and the impugned

order dated 27.09.2018 is quashed qua the petitioner. It is held

that the petitioner is entitled to continue in service with

consequential benefits. However, he shall be placed at the bottom

of the revised merit list.
