An application under Section 151 CPC has been filed by the
counsel for the appellant for issuing fresh notice to the respondent
No.7 in two sets, out of which one set be sent through ordinary
post and another be given "dasti" to send through registered post
to the counsel for the appellant.
For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application
is hereby allowed.
Now notice be issued to the respondent No.7 in two sets, one
set be sent through ordinary post and another be given "dasti" to
send through registered post.
