This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C.

has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner seeking

quashing of the FIR No.392/2021 of Police Station

Chopasani Housing Board, Distt. Jodhpur.

Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a factual

report, wherein it is mentioned that the police after

thorough investigation into the impugned FIR has

proposed to file a negative final report before the court

concerned.

In view of the fact that the police has proposed to

file a negative final report in the matter, no further order

is required to be passed in this criminal misc. petition,

which is dismissed as such.
