28/01/2022 This contempt petition has been filed alleging non-

compliance of order dated 29.01.2014 passed by this Court.

Learned counsel for respondents submits that this order was

assailed by way of D.B. Special Appeal (Writ) No.850/2014 vide

interim order dated 30.04.2015, the operation of order dated

29.01.2014 was stayed, however, later on vide judgment dated

03.02.2017, appeal has been decided finally.

Let a copy of final judgment dated 03.02.2017 passed by

Division Bench be placed on record.

Put up after one week.
