1. Matter comes up on third interim bail application under

Section 439 of Cr.P.C.

2. F.I.R. No. 294/2016 was registered at Police Station Kaman,

District Bharatpur for offence under Sections 394 & 307 of I.P.C.

3. It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that Nikah of

petitioner's daughter is scheduled to take place on 16.01.2022.

4. Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the report verifying

the fact of solemnization of Nikah of petitioner's daughter.

5. I have considered the contentions.

6. Taking note of the fact that petitioner's daughter Nikah is

scheduled to take place on 16.01.2022, hence, I deem it proper to

allow the third interim bail application for a period of twenty days.

7. This third interim bail application is accordingly allowed for a

period of twenty days and it is directed that accused petitioner

shall be released on bail for twenty days provided he furnishes a

personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac only)

together with two sureties in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty

Thousand only) each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court.

8. Petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned Jail

Authorities on 27.01.2022.
