1. This Court is observing that on many occasions, matters

pertaining to emergent parole on account of demise of close

relative, are not being dealt with and no orders are being passed

which is compelling the petitioner to approach this Court, same is

with the present case, we therefore, deem it proper to direct the

Principal Secretary Home, Secretariat, Jaipur or any other person

authorized on behalf of him to appear before the Court and to

apprise the Court on 13.12.2022.

2. Learned Additional Government Advocate is directed to file

reply.

3. In the meanwhile, if respondent so choose, they may release

the petitioner on parole under Rule 11 of the Rajasthan Prisoners

Release on Parole Rule, 2021 in facts and circumstance of the

present case.

4. List this matter on 13.12.2022.
