Meanwhile, the effect and operation of the judgment and

plaintiff as well as the defendant Nos.5 and 6 to take over the

possession of the property sold to the present appellant-defendant

No.4-Leela Devi shall remain stayed.

The further proceedings before the trial Court shall continue

but the final decree shall not be drawn.
