Judgment dated 20.09.2021 passed in a bunch of Special Appeals (Writ)

led by D.B. Civil Special Appeal (Writ) No.682/2020 [Jitendra Rathore &

Anr. Vs. The State of Rajasthan & Ors.] and urged that the direction

given by the learned Single Bench to produce the videography of the

physical efficiency test is contrary to the view taken by the Division

Bench.

Issue notice of the appeal as well as stay application to the

respondent. In the meantime, effect and operation of the order dated

17.05.2022 passed by the learned Single Bench shall remain stayed.
