----Petitioner Versus

2. The Director, Secondary Education, Rajasthan, Bikaner.

3. The Joint Director, Secondary Education, Education Department, Udaipur Zone, Udaipur (Rajasthan)

----Respondents

For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Vinod Jhajharia (through VC) For Respondent(s) :

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN BHANSALI

Order

20/04/2022

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking

direction to post the petitioner as Teacher Grade-II in subject

Hindi, as per merit, in her own district and zone at her suitable

place.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similar nature

petitions were filed before the Bench at Jaipur, wherein, orders

were passed against which D.B. Special Appeal Writ No.815/2019

(State of Raj. & Ors. Vs. Poonam Sharma) along with other

connected appeals were filed, which were decided by the Division

Bench on 29.08.2019, issuing certain directions, in relation to the

place of posting and that implementation of Division Bench order

(2 of 2) [CW-5625/2022]

is pending, on account of the challenge laid by the State before

Hon'ble the Supreme Court.

In view of the fact that issue already stands covered by

Division Bench judgment in the case of Poonam Sharma (supra) in

relation to the same recruitment. The implementation of the said

judgment either ways would take care of petitioner's case, and

therefore, no fresh directions need be issued, and the petition filed

by the petitioner is disposed of with the above observations.
