HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN BHANSALI Order 19/04/2022

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that

pursuant to the order passed by this Court in SBCWP

No.3137/2020, the respondents have passed order dated 19 th

August (Annex.7) disposing of the representation made by the

petitioner indicating that judgment in the case of Satdev Singh v.

State of Rajasthan & Ors.: S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.9899/2019,

decided on 25.7.2020, would apply and against the said order

appeal was pending before the Division Bench.

However, in similar nature matters other Zila Parishads i.e.

Sriganganagar and Dungarpur following the order in the case of

Nand Kishore and Ors. v. State S.B. Civil Writ Petition

No.12109/2018, has granted relief to similarly situated

candidates.

Learned counsel for the respondents prays for time to find

out as to whether the order in the case of Nand Kishore (supra)

has been appealed against.

List the petition on 27.4.2022.
