Learned counsel for the respondents submit that the

petitioners were part time employees, who worked with the

respondents from 01.04.2004 to 09.09.2011 for about four hours

a day. They cannot be regularized in the light of Apex Court

Judgment titled as Raj Balam Prasad & Ors. Versus State of Bihar

& Ors. decided in Civil Appeal No.19846/2017.

Let the matter be listed on 18.04.2022 for final disposal.
