Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks some time to

address this Court on the point that when the Gram Sabha of

Gram Panchayat, Vaderawas has already passed resolution on

02.10.2021 for removing encroachment over the gochar land after

getting the same verified then how directions can be issued to the

respondent-revenue authorities to remove the alleged

encroachment over the gochar land.
