1. It has been pointed out by Mr. Choudhary that the judgment

under consideration, dated 29.10.2018, non-compliance whereof

alleged, has been reversed by Division Bench vide its judgment

dated 19.02.2021.

2. In view of the aforesaid, nothing remains to be done in the

present petition.

3. Notices of contempt are hereby discharged. Contempt

petition is disposed of.

4. Needless to observe that the petitioner shall have liberty to

file a fresh contempt petition, if the Division Bench order is

otherwise reversed in any manner.
