HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIJAY BISHNOI (VACATION JUDGE)

The third bail application of the petitioner was dismissed as

not pressed by this Court on 20.05.2020 while granting him liberty

to file fresh bail application before the trial court after recording of

the statements of doctor who has given injury report opining the

injury of the body of Paras Kumar as dangerous of life.

It is noticed that till date, the statements of doctor have not

been recorded, hence, I am not inclined to grant bail under

before the trial court after recording the statements of doctor.
