Judgment / Order

08/01/2021 The instant misc. petition has been filed by the petitioners for quashing of FIR No.171/2013, PS Chopasani Housing Board, Jodhpur for offences under Sections 384, 306 IPC.

Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a report dated 07.01.2021 received from the concerned Police Station wherein it has been mentioned that after thorough investigation, Police has already filed the challan before the competent court and the trial is proceeding before the competent court. The said report is hereby taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the present misc. petition has become infructuous and dismissed accordingly.

Stay application also dismissed.
