Both the learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner and
the respondent No.2, submit that the complainant and the
petitioner have entered into compromise in relation to FIR
No.134/2020 registered at Police Station Hanumangarh for
offences under Sections 451, 323, 504, 34 IPC.
Keeping in view compromise arrived at between petitioner
and complainant and taking into consideration the nature of
allegations, in view of judgment in the case of State of Madhya
Pradesh Vs Laxmi Narayan & others: (2019) 5 SCC 688, I am
inclined to accept this petition.
Accordingly, this Criminal Misc. Petition is allowed. The
proceedings initiated against the petitioners in relation to FIR
(2 of 2) [CRLMP-1529/2020]
No.134/2020 registered at Police Station Hanumangarh are
quashed. Bail bonds, if any, shall stand discharged.
