While suspending the sentence of the appellant vide order

dated 17th March, 2021, this Court has directed him to mark his

presence before the this Court on 17.04.2021.

Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that the

appellant could not mark his presence before the this Court on

17.4.2021, as holiday was declared on the said date. It is

informed by learned counsel that appellant - Jogaram is present

before this Court today.

In view of the above fact situation, the appellant is exempted

from marking his presence before this Court on 17.04.2021 and

now he is directed to mark his presence before the Registrar

(Judicial) of this Court today.

Henceforth, the appellant shall comply with the other

conditions imposed by this Court while suspending his sentence.
