whereby proceedings before the trial court were stayed. However,

there has been no extension of the stay order till date. Thus, it

can be presumed that the proceedings must have been resumed

by the trial court in light of the Hon'ble Supreme Court judgment

in the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Pvt. Ltd. Vs.

Central Bureau of Investigation passed in Criminal Appeal

No.1375-1376 of 2013 decided on 15.10.2020.

The Registry is directed to summon the latest factual report

from the trial court.

List after three weeks.
