         Date : 28-02-2025

                     The learned Advocate General has informed this

         Court that the construction of the ROB at Rajgir is

         completed to the extent of 86.5 percent and the expected

         date when the entire ROB would be constructed is

         31.03.2025.

. With respect to the ROB at Rasalpur, 73

percent of the work has been done and the rest of the

work is expected to be completed by 30th of June, 2025.

3. With this updated report about the stage of

construction, there would be no necessity of continuing

with this case.

4. We, therefore, close this petition with the

hope and trust that by the expected date, the construction Patna High Court CWJC No.483 of 2022 dt.28-02-2025

would be completed.
