For the reason of the petitioner not having

exhausted the statutory remedy of preferring appeal

against the order of cancellation of licence, we are not

inclined to entertain this petition.

Patna High Court CWJC No.9877 of 2019 dt.30-01-2023

The petition is dismissed but with a liberty to the

petitioner to challenge such order of cancellation of license

before the Appellate Authority.

Should such an appeal be filed within a period of

thirty days, the appellate authority shall take up the matter

and after giving reasonably sufficient time to the petitioner

to represent his cause, shall pass a final order within the

next sixty days with reasons in support of such order.

The order so passed shall be made available to

the petitioner forthwith.

The petition stands dismissed with the aforenoted

liberty.
