Against the order of cancellation of license, the

petitioner has preferred an appeal before the Appellate

Authority vide Supply Appeal No. 10 of 2021, which is still

pending.

We direct the Appellate Authority to dispose of

the appeal of the petitioner within a period of sixty days

from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, Patna High Court CWJC No.9795 of 2022 dt.23-01-2023

failing which this Court shall take a serious view of the

matter.

The petition stands disposed of with the

aforenoted observation.
