for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

We are constrained to observe that even though we

had directed on 22.02.2022 in C.W.J.C. No. 21354 of 2021 to

dispose of the appeal within a period of sixty days, the appeal

preferred by the petitioner has not yet been decided even after

passage of ten months of filing the same.

We direct the District Magistrate/Appellate

Authority concerned to dispose of the appeal positively within

a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a Patna High Court CWJC No.11146 of 2022 dt.20-01-2023

copy of this order, failing which this Court shall take a serious

view of the matter.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
