It is the petitioner's grievance in the present writ

application filed in the nature of public interest litigation to

complete the work of construction of canal in village

Nikhatikalam in Raghunathpur Prakhand of Siwan district as

also to complete the repair work.

Mr. Ajay, learned G.A. 5, has informed this Court

upon instructions that the work of construction of canal is

underway and is likely to be completed by June, 2024.

In such view of the matter, this application is Patna High Court CWJC No.1550 of 2023 dt.13-02-2023

disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to invoke the

provisions under Bihar Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2016, if

he has any grievance in relation to the issue raised in the present

application.
