Heard Mr. Sanjay Kumar Singh for the

petitioner and Mr. Upendra Pratap Singh for the State.

2. The license of the petitioner has been

cancelled, which order has been affirmed by the

Appellate Authority.

3. The petitioner has chosen to challenge

both the orders in this writ petition.

4. We are not inclined to entertain this Patna High Court CWJC No.13437 of 2018 dt.02-02-2023

petition for the reason that he has not exhausted the

remedy of revision, which is available to him under

law.

5. The petition is thus dismissed, but with

the observation that in case the petitioner prefers a

revision petition within a period of 30 days, the

Revisional Authority shall take-up the matter and after

giving reasonable opportunity to the petitioner to

present his cause, shall pass a final order, giving

reasons in support of his conclusion, within a further

period of 60 days.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of

accordingly.
