2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the action

of the Secretary, Patliputra Co-operative House Construction

Society Limited which is a private body and wants to file a

detailed application before the Secretary of the body for

redressal of the relief as prayed for in the present writ petition.

3. Considering the nature of grievance raised in the

present writ petition, the petitioner may pursue remedy before

the Secretary, Patliputra Co-Operative House Construction Patna High Court CWJC No.7146 of 2023 dt.11-12-2023

Society Limited in accordance with law.

4. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of.
