Heard Mr. Anil Kumar, learned counsel appearing
on behalf of the petitioners; Mr. Amitabh Sohan, learned
counsel appearing on behalf of the Magadh University and Ms.
Meera Singh, learned AC to G.P.23 for the State.
2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the
petitioners seeks to file a detailed representation on behalf of all
the thirteen petitioners for the relief, as prayed for in the present
writ petition, before the Registrar, Magadh University, Bodh
Gaya (Respondent No.4).
3. The Registrar, Magadh University, Bodh Gaya
(Respondent No.4) is directed to dispose of the representation of
the individual petitioners within a period of four weeks from the
date of filing of the representation. He must further ensure to
grant of the retiral dues on different heads and ensure to fix the
pension of the petitioner after granting the benefit of financial
upgradation on account of A.C.P. & M.A.C.P payable to the
employees of the university from the respective dates. The
payment is directed to be paid in further two weeks from the
disposal of the representation of the petitioner in accordance Patna High Court CWJC No.4571 of 2023 dt.21-08-2023
with law.
4. With the above observations and directions, the
present writ petition stands disposed of.
