1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the Patna High Court CWJC No.11208 of 2023 dt.17-08-2023

following relief:-

"That the present writ is being filed for issuance of writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to the respondent authorities for removal of the encroachment from Garmajarua Aam Land (Public Road) appertaining to Khata No.20, in plot No. 246, thana No. 156, Tauji No.1534, area 11 decimal situated in village Barahi(Khurd), P.S.Goh, District-Aurangabad, which have been encroached by the respondent no.7 to respondent no. 14(private respondents) herein by making construction on the road in front of their houses/plots causing obstruction to the petitioner and the other villagers."

2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner

seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle

Officer, Goh, District-Aurangabad for redressal of his aforesaid

grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case, the petitioner

approaches the Circle Officer, Goh, District-Aurangabad by

filing appropriate petition under the provisions of the Bihar

Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, within a period of four

weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance

with law and after hearing the affected parties, appropriate Patna High Court CWJC No.11208 of 2023 dt.17-08-2023

orders shall be passed thereon, forthwith.

4. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the

aforesaid terms.
