Heard Mr. Rupak Kumar, learned counsel for the

petitioner, Mr. Tripurari Ambastha, learned AC to SC-26 and

Mr. Arya Achint, learned counsel for the Accountant General.

2. A show-cause has been filed duly affirmed by the

District Treasury Officer, Aurangabad, stating therein that the

entire payments towards the arrears of pension, gratuity and

arrears of salary have been paid to the petitioner and, as such,

the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.

3. The aforesaid fact has not been refuted by the Patna High Court MJC No.714 of 2023 dt.09-08-2023

learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. In view of the aforementioned averments made in

the show-cause, the present contempt application stands

disposed of.
