Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):-

"For issuance of an appropriate writ and/or order and/or direction to the respondents for granting extension of time of the project as per agreement bearing agreement bearing agreement no. SBD No. 02/2018-19 for the Construction of Main Building cum Workshop, Principal and Vice Principal Residence, Staff Hostel and Canteen at Chattauna Bishunpur (Piprahi), Sheohar of Woman Industrial Training Centre in the district of Sheohar for the year 2018-2019.

The petitioner also prays for a direction to respondents for payment of 10% cut amounting to Rs.3867599/- in the advance paid Patna High Court CWJC No.5476 of 2022 dt.18-05-2022

to the petitioner due to non-extension of time of the aforesaid project."

After the mater was heard for some time, finding

the Court not in favour of the submissions made by the learned

counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner,

under instructions, states that the petitioner shall be content if

the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present petition, with

liberty to take recourse to such other alternate remedies, which

are otherwise available in accordance with law.

Prayer allowed.

It stands clarified that all issues of fact and law are

left open to be agitated before the competent authority.

The petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the

liberty aforesaid.

Interlocutory application(s), if any, shall also stand

disposed of.
