Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors. and CWJC No. 3124 of 2022,
Patna High Court MJC No.618 of 2022 dt.10-05-2022
titled as Ingram Micro-India Private Limited Vs. The State
of Bihar & Ors. whereby the Tribunal was directed to decide
the second appeal of the petitioner within a period of four weeks
from the date of appearance of the petitioner before him.
Shri Gautam Kumar Kejriwal, learned counsel
for the petitioner submits that further more time may be
extended to place each and every documentary material and
explain the facts to put up its case in totality.
Upon this, Shri Vivek Prasad, learned G.P.-7
states that proceedings shall be concluded within a period of six
weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner.
