Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Petitioner has filed the instant petition for

transferring the Divorce Case No. 82/2017 from the Judgeship

of Siwan to the Judgeship of Hajipur having its jurisdiction.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties as also

having gone through the materials available on record, we allow

the instant petition with direction that Divorce Case No.

82/2017, titled as Sanjit Raj Vs. Varsha Kumari, pending in the

Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Siwan be transferred to

the Judgeship of Hajipur.

Interlocutory Application(s), if any, shall stand Patna High Court MJC No.943 of 2021 dt.05-05-2022

disposed of.
