Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):

"For issuance of appropriate writs/orders/directions for making enquiry/investigation by the competent authority into the malpractice of misappropriating and embezzlement of the public money in the name of false execution of works under various schemes of Government of India and State of Bihar in the name of developmental work of Gram Panchayat Raj- Birpur."

We find the averments made in the petition with

regard to non-execution of certain works from the financial year

2018-19 onwards to be bald and unspecific. Also, from the

annexures annexed with the writ petition, we find such

allegations to be vague and unspecific.

As such, we are not inclined to even issue notice in

the present petition, reserving liberty to the petitioner to, after

ascertaining the information, invite attention of the authorities,

including the District Magistrate, for the manner in which the

embezzlement has taken place.

As such, we dispose of the present petition in the

aforesaid terms.
