circumstances prevailing on account of COVID-19 Pandemic.

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. In the instant petition, the petitioner has prayed for the

following reliefs:

"(i) To quash memo no. 536 (15) dated 29.05.2019 issued by the Joint Secretary Department of Health Govt. of Bihar, Patna whereby and where under the petitioner has been suspended from the post of Drug Inspector, Darbhanga 1 & 2.

(ii) To direct the respondent for the payment of salary which is due since the date of suspension with appropriate statutory interest.

(iii) To direct the respondent not to disturb the petitioner from discharging his duties on his respective post."

4. During the pendency of the present petition, the

petitioner is stated to have been dismissed from service. Therefore,

the petitioner is at liberty to question the validity of dismissal

order in accordance with law before the appropriate forum, if so

advised.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.
