"This is an application for the issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, directions to the respondents concerned and for quashing of the order contained in memo no. 20 dated 29.03.2019 passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Officer, Hajipur by which the PDS license of the petitioner being license no. 25/2016 has been suspended in contravention of Clause- 28 of Targetted P.D.S. Control Order, 2016 and further be pleased to restore the license and supply of the petitioner."
