Heard learned counsel for the parties.

In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the

following reliefs:

"(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to pay the compensation to the petitioner in light of the judgment and order dated 31.10.2017 passed in Special Leave Petition (Civil) no. 25590 of 2014 with interest from due date till the date of payment.

(ii) Any other order or orders as Your Lordship may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case be granted to the petitioner."

Grievance of the petitioner is only for the direction

to the concerned respondent to examine the petitioner's

representation dated 31.11.2019(Annexure-3) and pass suitable

order.

Having regard to the relief sought in the present case, the

concerned respondent is hereby directed to take note of the

petitioner's representation and its contents and decide the

representation dated 31st November, 2019 on merits within a

period of two months from the date of issue of this order.
