Security Agency has not been dis-empanelled so far. In this view

of the matter, the petition is pre-mature in nature.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may

be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file

a fresh, if any cause of action arises.

The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty

aforesaid.
