It is submitted by Ms. Jyoshnamayee Sahoo, learned Additional Standing Counsel on instruction from Shri Debasish Rana, Land Acquisition Officer, Rengali Right Canal System, Hindol Road Dhenkanal that net decreetal dues payable as on date stand at Rs.18,493/-. It is stated that the appellant has come up before this Court in appeal for claim of enhancement. There is remote chance of settlement of the dispute between the parties in the Lok Adalat.
