1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties.

3. Even though the present appeal has been filed since 17.10.2023, but certified copy of the impugned Judgment has neither been filed nor hologram fees of Rs. 50/-. No step for exemption from paying the court fee has also been taken.

4. Considering the submission made by Mr. Nayak, learned counsel for the Appellant, all the defects including filing of appropriate application seeking exemption from paying the court fee will be taken by 13th March, 2025, this Court grants time till 13th March, 2025 to remove the defects and to file appropriate application, failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Bench.
