2. Judgment dated 31st January, 2006 passed in MJC No.50 of 2003 by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Dharamgarh is the subject matter of this Land Acquisition Appeal. On Perusal of record, it is revealed that though notices were issued to respondents vide order dated 11.10.2018 and subsequently the Respondent No.8(a) and (b) were substituted by order dated 13.11.2024, no stay of operation of judgment has been granted at any point of time during these 17-18 years.
3. Mr. Jayant Kumar Bal, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the Appellant seeks four weeks accommodation to ascertain whether the benefit emanating from the aforesaid judgment of the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Dharamgarh has been given to the respondent in the meantime.
