2. None appeared for the Appellant when the matter was called out.

3. Even though the present appeal has been filed since 22.06.2011 challenging the judgment dtd.21.04.2011 so passed by the State Education Tribunal in GIA Case No.68/2008, but till date defect has not yet been removed and the appeal has not yet been admitted.

4. In view of such position, this Court is not inclined to entertain the appeal.
