03. 1. Mr. Pati, learned advocate appears on behalf of

applicant/appellant-wife. He submits, his client is aggrieved by

judgment dated 16th December, 2022 of the family Court dissolving

the marriage. Without prejudice he submits, permanent alimony was

also not directed. The appeal has been filed on delay and application

for condonation has been made.

2. Reported delay is 46 days. Issue notice on the application and

appeal. Accept one set of process fee for service by registered/speed

post with AD. Applicant will put in requisites.
