01. 1. Mr. Sahoo, learned advocate appears on behalf of

applicant/appellant-wife. He submits, his client is aggrieved by judgment

dated 20th October, 2022 made by the family Court, dissolving the

marriage. The appeal has been filed on delay. There is application for

condonation. Reported delay is 296 days.

2. Issue notice along with this order on the application and appeal.
