    01.     1.      This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement
            (Virtual /Physical Mode).

2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the case of the Petitioner is covered by the judgment of this Court in Kantilata Naik v. State of Odisha & others (W.P.(C) No.13437 of 2023 decided on 22.08.2023). Learned counsel for the Petitioner further contended that without taking into consideration the aforesaid judgment, the Opposite Parties have rejected the claim of the Petitioner.

3. In such view of the matter, learned counsel for the Petitioner is directed to serve two extra copies of the writ petition on the learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the State-Opposite Parties, who shall obtain // 2 //

instruction in the matter by the next date.

4. List this case in the 2nd week of January, 2024.
